Ginori in Classe is the initiative that keeps pleasant and interesting company in this extraordinary moment, proposing some video recipes with a wonderful guest: Chef Berti. During the appointment on Instagram, Chef Berti gives simple, typical recipes of our country, from north to south, with seasonal ingredients, that can be easily replicated at home. There are three fundamental aspects that are proposed in these voyages of flavour: the first, techniques carefully studied and refined by the Chef over the course of years. Then come the ingredients, chosen from trusted stores and suppliers. And finally, the beauty found in the final plating, refined and elegant, heightened by the Richard Ginori collections: Aria, Labirinto, Voliére, Oriente Italiano, Il viaggio di Nettuno, Babele, Magnifico and Contessa.
